OUR FOUNDER

Justyn Harvey, M.Ed., BCBA

Justyn Harvey, M.Ed., BCBA has spent more than a decade working in various capacities within the ABA industry including as a clinician, software customer success manager and leader, and administrative operations.

He earned his B.A. degree from the Ohio State University in Psychology and obtained his M.Ed. from the University of Cincinnati.

His passion for the ABA industry, the science of behavior analysis, and the change this industry offers to so many lives has lived on ever since his first position as a behavior technician.

System Support Specialist

Charlette, I am from Ohio. I have worked in healthcare most of my adult life and loved every minute of it.

In my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, doing different crafts, and baking and cooking. I really enjoy working with this company. Everyone is very welcoming and supportive of each other. I learn something new every day and I love it!

Steven

Administrative Assistant

Steven has worked in the ABA Tech/Software field since 2017. At Unyque Therapy, he collaborates with the Operations and Clinical Teams to create the smoothest and most cohesive work environment possible. He loves hearing about the progress the Clinical Team makes with clients and the impact it has on families.

He loves spending time with his fiancée and dogs, traveling the world, especially throughout Latin America and Europe, learning new languages, and is ever-so-passionate about cooking and eating. As Client Account Advisor, Meade M., BCBA, partners with applied behavior analysis (ABA) organizations to strengthen operations and optimize technology platforms. Her collaborative approach makes her a trusted advisor dedicated to aligning people, processes, and technology.

Meade is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare and behavioral health. Her background leading multi-state organizations provides deep expertise in clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and organizational strategy. She is passionate about empowering ABA providers with the tools and strategic support needed to focus on delivering high-quality care to families.

Jacob

System Support Specialist

Jacob is currently a senior, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. As an IT Specialist, he helps support internal systems and technology initiatives across ABASI and Unyque Therapy to keep operations running smoothly.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys building computers, working on tech projects, and finding new ways to improve systems and user experiences. He has a strong interest in both technology and design and enjoys creating tools that are practical, easy to use, and visually appealing.
